About me
Instead of telling you when I picked up a camera for the first time, it makes more sense to tell you why I still carry one.
For me, photography goes beyond simply making a living. It is driven by a genuine passion and a love for observation and portraying how I see the world. My work sits between intention and acknowledging the smaller details, whether I’m capturing the character of a home or documenting one of the most significant days in someone’s life.
I began my full-time photography career eight years ago in a studio, photographing tiny, sleepy newborns. Over the past seven years, I’ve immersed myself in the world of interiors, photographing some of the most beautiful homes across the UK. Alongside this, I’ve photographed people, four legged friends and weddings. Travel has also always remained a constant source of inspiration. My camera is an essential item when I'm packing for any trip!
Working across interiors, weddings, and travel, I adapt to each environment and try to let things happen in front of the camera organically. I focus on what’s already there: the light, the atmosphere and moments in-between. The aim is always to create photos that feel honest, considered, and quietly expressive. One of my favourite things about photography is creating a feeling within an image.
At the heart of my approach is a respect for both people and spaces, using my camera as a tool to capture my subject in the best perspective possible.
